The report demonstrates how Cornerstone Building Brands is advancing its purpose of Building a Better Tomorrow by connecting responsible business practices to customer value, operational excellence and long-term business performance. Highlights include continued improvements in workplace safety, the diversion of 87.2% of waste from landfill and ongoing support for affordable housing initiatives across North America.

Safety & Operational Excellence: In 2025, Cornerstone Building Brands continued to strengthen its culture of safety and continuous improvement through initiatives focused on employee well-being, hazard prevention and operational discipline. Highlights included the rollout of its Safety Culture program, expanded use of safety analytics, enhanced machine guarding and hearing conservation efforts, and a remote medical treatment program that provides employees with faster access to care.
Product Stewardship & Innovation: The company continued to advance durable, energy-efficient and high-performing building solutions designed to meet customer needs while supporting long-term sustainability goals. Highlights included ENERGY STAR® Most Efficient window offerings, ongoing testing of products under extreme weather conditions, development of the SunSteel™ integrated solar roof system and collaboration with industry organizations such as the Polymeric Exterior Products Association (PEPA) and the Vinyl Institute to support recycling and circularity initiatives.
Community Impact: In 2025, Cornerstone Building Brands continued to leverage its products, partnerships and employee volunteerism to strengthen local communities. Through its Home for Good project, the company strengthened its long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity to help expand access to affordable housing, serving as presenting sponsor of the Habitat Wake Builders Blitz. The company also expanded employee volunteer opportunities through its Connecting Communities program, supporting more than 225 organizations with more than 6,800 employee volunteer hours since 2022.
